Shopping Process
1. Select items & quantity → Add to Cart → Proceed to Checkout
2. Log in as a Member / Proceed as Guest
3. Select Delivery & Payment Method → Proceed to Checkout
4. Fill in details: Customer Information, Delivery Detail, Payment Detail, and Remarks (if any) → Place Order
5. Our shop currently accepts FPS / PayMe. Please include your name and phone number in the remarks section, complete the payment within 48 hours, and upload your payment proof for verification.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is successfully processed.
Order Policy
⚠️ No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
⚠️ In-Stock & Pre-Order Items: Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 24 hours.
♡ In-Stock Items: Dispatched within approximately 3 working days.
♡ Pre-Order Items: Arrive and dispatched within approximately 2–3 weeks. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
♡ Shipping: All orders are shipped via SF Express (Cash on Delivery / Freight Collect).
♡ Combined Shipping: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together by default once all items arrive. If you prefer to split the shipment, please state this in the remarks when ordering (please note that split shipping will incur additional delivery fees).
